If you get to Saigon make sure you go to the Palace Hotel on Nguyen Hue St, then take the lift up to the restaurant on the 14th floor called Lemongrass. The food is great, the service excellent and the vies are magnificent. Above the restaurant there is an open bar area near where the swimming pool is located and this affords some of the best views in Saigon.
