Some snakes get to behave like snakes but this one got travel, stay in a boutique hotel much to the horror of the staff, get delivered to a Buddhist ceremony and then became a film star before being returned from whence it came. However I think this python was more of your "stay at home" kind of reptile, coiled up in the Laos Zoo as he really wasn't happy about the great outdoors. Or more probably really bloody annoyed at being poked and prodded. Lucky the locals didn't see it or by now it would have been just another item on the limited local menu.
