Said in a weary and incredulous manner by Capt Willard, played by Martin Sheen .
Something tells me that enough people have used that same phrase unknowingly when they think of Saigon traffic. Each day 4 million honking scooters hit the streets on the way to who knows where. You think the Tour de France looks tough? At least the riders in the peleton have rules whereas the rules on the streets of Vietnam are; give way to the biggest, ignore every horn except the trucks, dodge, weave and go where ever you please and never look back.
