World Heritage listed Halong Bay is one of the most beautiful and magical places in Vietnam. However, during December the place is a traffic jam of boats packed to the gunwales with tourists. but no matter what time of year it is Halong Bay has many moods from the mysterious right through to picture postcard perfect.
